When snow or leaves are covering the streets, it can make them hard to find the exact location of storm drains. Fortunately, the City of Sioux Falls provides a tool for finding locations of storm drains.
If you’re looking for a storm drain you’d like to clear around to allow proper water drainage, head over to the City of Sioux Falls Parcel Finder. Search for an address near the storm drains you would like to find, then select the “Layer List” icon at the bottom (looks like three squares stacked). From there, check the “Storm Water Inlet” box on the left pane.

Storm drain locations will then be displayed on the map with a black and green icon. You can even click on the storm drain icons to get more information about them.
I can’t find the storm drain on the corner of Fairhall and 41st ST nee help getting it dug out.
Maybe have a look at Google Maps to see where they are. https://goo.gl/maps/TLF91yEwryq2Xi327
